Ingredients
- 1 ½ C rolled oats
- 1 ½ c Rice Crispy Cereal
- ⅓ C chia seeds
- ⅓ C flax seeds
- ½ C coconut shreds
- ½ C peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ½ C coconut oil
- ⅓ C honey (local if you have it)
- ¼ C mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the chocolate, oil and honey together in a large bowl.
- Next, mix in the rolled oats, krispy cereal, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut and chocolate chips.
- Once thoroughly mixed, form into small balls (think about the size of a golf ball).
- Place on a baking sheet and chill covered for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
