I’m not going to lie to you- I LOVE peanut butter and jelly. I found the most delicious (and healthier) snack to kill this craving and offer a little comfort food. I use sprouted whole grain bread (I’m a big fan of Ezekial bread), or coconut paleo bread (always so soft and deliciously squishy).
