Turkey & Brie Baguette

Ingredients

  • Fresh baguette
  • Butter
  • Apple butter
  • Sliced deli turkey
  • Brie
  • Arugula


Instructions

Freshly baked baguette is ideal (take and bake from grocery store, or fresh baked from a bakery. Heat slightly in oven, then slice in half. Butter both sides (Kerrygold butter is my favorite), then spread one side with apple butter. Layer the brie cheese, stack with deli freshly sliced turkey, then cover with arugula.

Notes

This is the perfect sandwich as an easy lunch that impresses. Enjoy!
