The Best Oatmeal

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ C Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 C water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp. Almond butter
  • 1 tsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. Chocolate granola
  • ½ banana (sliced)
  • ½ C organic blueberries

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Mix in oats, cinnamon and vanilla. Cook for 5 minutes (or according to packaging of oats).
  3. Top with almond butter, chia seeds, banana, blueberries and a sprinkle of chocolate granola (I love Love Crunch chocolate and peanut butter granola).
