No Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ C rolled oats
  • 1 ½ c Rice Crispy Cereal
  • C chia seeds
  • C flax seeds
  • ½ C coconut shreds
  • ½ C peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ½ C coconut oil
  • C honey (local if you have it)
  • ¼ C mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the chocolate, oil and honey together in a large bowl.
  2. Next, mix in the rolled oats, krispy cereal, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut and chocolate chips.
  3. Once thoroughly mixed, form into small balls (think about the size of a golf ball).
  4. Place on a baking sheet and chill covered for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
